It all started when…
While living in New York in the early 1990’s, Heather began her career in mind-body fitness. After having relocated to Boston’s North Shore, in 1996 Heather was among the first instructors in the area to introduce the practice and benefits of yoga. Heather often jokes she’s a grandma or “glam-ma” in this field. Heather founded her brand, Hope Yoga in 2002 with the goal of drawing everyday people to yoga. “I now feel I have designed a style of yoga that feels inclusive to both the Average Joe and seasoned students”.
Heather customizes her workshops and classes by applying her inherited clairvoyant skills. “By listening to my heart and my gut when teaching, I can heal and provide my clients with what they need to be and feel their best.
When taking a class with Heather you will experience a fusion of mindful breathing with energetic balancing, and mindful movement. During each class, Heather invites the student to dance on their edge and rest as they need—while enjoying some good and maybe groovy music, aromatherapy, with a few smiles.
