CANCELLATION POLICY
In Studio - Since our in studio space is limited, if you cancel your class reservation 2 hours or more before class starts, you will be able to use the class another time. If you cancel your class reservation with less than 2 hours notice, you will not get your class back; all sales final.
If you are a monthly member we will charge you an $18 no show fee. If you miss the the time frame to cancel out please call the studio to avoid the $18 fee.
Online classes - You must cancel 30 minutes prior to class time to receive a credit back, otherwise you will be charged for class
Workshop Refund Policy: Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours.
