It all started when…

Lisa considers herself to be a perpetual student of yoga who loves to share her passion. Her yogic journey began in early 2001 when her company offered weekly Iyengar yoga classes. She quickly discovered the many benefits that yoga had to offer — on and off the mat. After years of practice, Lisa decided that it was time to deepen her practice and knowledge of yoga asana and yogic philosophy by enrolling in a training program.

Lisa’s certifications include 200 hour certification with Kim Valerie of Yoga Spirit Studios, 200 Hour PranaVayu certification with David Magone, Booty-Barre with Tracey Mallett, Reiki Master certification with Jean Davis and Deana Bacon, and Level 1 Thai Bodywork with Jennifer Yarro. Lisa is also a brand ambassador for ZēLUS Beer Company – beer for the active lifestyle.

Lisa has over a decade of teaching experience. Yoga classes with Lisa are lighthearted, fun, and place a strong emphasis on linking breath to movement. She combines thoughtful sequencing with playful poses and eclectic playlists. When Lisa is not teaching yoga, you will likely find her trail running with her Belgian Malinois or horseback riding on the trails of the North Shore.
